Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Placing an order on our website or through our sales team constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by DEYE MJS Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: (1) Product unavailability or stock errors. (2) Pricing errors on the website. (3) Suspected fraudulent activity. (4) Inability to verify payment or delivery details. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellation may be possible within 24 hours of order placement, provided the item has not been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are subject to our return policy.
Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices displayed on the website are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and are subject to change without notice. For international customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, prices may be quoted in local currency equivalents upon request. Prices shown are indicative and may vary based on quantity, delivery location, current market conditions, and exchange rates. Final pricing is confirmed upon order placement. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed at the time of purchase. All prices exclude shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Warranty Terms
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer (DEYE) and vary by product type: (1) Solar inverters -- typically covered by a 5-10 year manufacturer warranty depending on the model. (2) Battery systems -- typically covered by a 5-10 year warranty or specified cycle-life guarantee. (3) Accessories and peripheral equipment -- typically covered by a 1-2 year manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms are detailed in each product's datasheet and documentation. Warranty claims must be filed with supporting evidence (photos, error codes, installation details). Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, power surges, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside the specified environmental conditions. We assist customers in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For customers in the UAE and GCC region, any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE. For customers in the European Union, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws, and disputes may be resolved through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the competent courts of your country of residence. We encourage all parties to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through our customer service team before initiating legal proceedings.
