Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, create an account, or place an order. If purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account or register as an installer, you are responsible for maintaining your credentials' confidentiality, all activity under your account, notifying us of unauthorised access, and keeping your information accurate.

Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate Growatt specifications, datasheets, images and descriptions. However, Growatt may revise products, firmware or model codes without prior notice. Product information is for reference only — confirm exact specifications and grid-code compliance with our sales team before purchasing.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Growatt MJS Solutions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Cancellation may be possible within 24 hours if the item has not been dispatched. After dispatch, our return policy applies.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and subject to change. For customers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, local currency quotes are available on request. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other agreed methods. Prices exclude shipping, customs duties and import taxes unless stated otherwise.

Warranty Terms

Growatt manufacturer warranties vary by product line: (1) Residential string and hybrid inverters (MIN, MIC, MOD, SPH, SPF) — typically 5 years standard, extendable to 10 years on selected models. (2) Commercial inverters (MAX, MAC, WIT) — typically 5 years. (3) ARK and APX LFP batteries — typically 10 years. (4) Accessories such as ShineWiFi-X, ShineLAN and Smart Meters — typically 1-2 years. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, lightning surges, water ingress, or unauthorised firmware/hardware modifications. We assist with warranty claims through Growatt's regional service centre.

All content on growatinverter.com is the property of Growatt MJS Solutions or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. “Growatt” and related marks belong to Growatt New Energy. Datasheets may be downloaded for personal or professional reference only.

Limitation of Liability

Growatt MJS Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, improper installation damage, or third-party equipment compatibility issues.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by UAE law. For UAE/GCC customers, disputes are resolved in Dubai courts. For EU customers, you retain your rights under EU consumer protection laws. We encourage amicable resolution through our customer service team first.

Service Regions

These terms apply to all customers and visitors across our served regions: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.
