Delivery Regions

Through the authorised Growatt sellers in our directory, products reach customers across 17+ regions: UAE (all emirates), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Additional regions may be available on request — contact us to be matched to the closest authorised distributor.

Shipping & Logistics Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe delivery of solar equipment. For UAE deliveries, we use established local couriers. For international shipments, we partner with freight carriers experienced in handling string inverters, hybrid inverters and lithium battery banks (UN38.3 / IATA compliant).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, up to 5 business days. Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE business week). You will receive a confirmation email and shipping notification with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes after dispatch: UAE: 2-5 business days. Saudi Arabia: 5-8 days. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 5-10 days. Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon: 7-12 days. Syria: 10-15 days. Egypt, Morocco: 8-30 days. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: 10-18 days. These are estimates and may vary due to customs and carrier conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on product weight, dimensions, lithium classification and destination. For UAE orders above AED 5,000, we may offer subsidised shipping. International costs exclude customs duties and import taxes. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Large & Heavy Items

Solar equipment can be heavy and bulky. Special handling applies: (1) ARK and APX LFP battery stacks are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods (lithium) and ship via approved freight only. (2) Commercial inverters such as MAX 100KTL3-LV and WIT 100K-HU ship via freight rather than standard courier. (3) Battery stacks may require ground-floor delivery only. (4) We use reinforced palletised packaging for all electronic equipment. Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate large freight.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT and fees. These are not included in our prices. We provide export documentation, commercial invoices, certificates of origin and lithium battery transport documents (UN38.3, MSDS). We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend insuring all shipments, especially for high-value solar and storage equipment. Our partners offer comprehensive insurance. For orders above AED 10,000, we strongly recommend full-value transit insurance. Document any shipping damage with photos upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp. For freight shipments, our logistics team provides regular updates. Contact us if tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days.
