Where to Collect
A Growatt order priced for the UAE or Saudi Arabia is collected from our store in Dubai or Riyadh; you choose the store at checkout, where its address and opening hours are shown. Buyers in our other markets collect in their own country: they put a pin on the map at checkout, and we arrange the collection point and send it on WhatsApp.
Handover at the Counter
Equipment leaves our hands at the store counter; from there it travels on whatever vehicle or forwarder the buyer has organised. You are welcome to send your own driver or forwarder to collect.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order our team checks stock at the store you chose, sends the invoice and lets you know when the equipment can be collected. Please wait for that message before you travel — the confirmation is what holds the units for you.
What to Bring
Bring your order number and a valid photo ID. The order number is on the confirmation and the invoice we send you; having either one on your phone is enough.
Who Can Collect
The buyer named on the order can collect, and so can a colleague, driver or forwarding agent, provided the buyer has given us that person's name beforehand. Whoever comes shows the order number and their own ID. We do not release equipment to anyone we were not told to expect.

Pay at pickup. Credit card and bank transfer are also accepted — call our sales team on +971 4 255 0887 to arrange payment.
Inspection at Collection
Check the order at the counter before you leave: the model on the label against the invoice, the serial number, the number of cartons and the condition of the packaging. Raise anything that looks wrong there and then, while our staff can put it right on the spot.
Large & Heavy Items
Much of the range is heavy. ARK and APX battery stacks and commercial inverters such as the MAX 100KTL3-LV and WIT 100K-HU are far beyond what one person can lift, so bring a vehicle rated for the load and enough people to handle it. Ask us for the packed weight and carton dimensions of your order before you set out.
Onward Transport & Export
Moving the equipment on from our store — to another city or across a border — is arranged and paid for by the buyer, including the customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees of the destination country. Our prices include VAT, and we issue the commercial invoice for every order. Lithium batteries travel as Class 9 dangerous goods, so tell your forwarder what you are carrying, and check your country's import rules before you order.
Returning a Defective Item
A defective unit is brought back to the store it was collected from, with its RMA number, under our returns policy. The buyer brings it to the counter, and we charge nothing to receive it.
