Delivery Regions

We ship DEYE products to customers across 17+ countries and regions worldwide. Our primary delivery regions include: UAE (all emirates), Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Additional countries may be available upon request. Contact our sales team to confirm delivery availability to your specific location.

Shipping & Logistics Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners and logistics providers to ensure safe, reliable delivery of your solar equipment. For domestic UAE deliveries, we use established local couriers and our own delivery coordination. For GCC and international shipments, we partner with reputable freight carriers experienced in handling solar energy equipment. Our team coordinates the entire shipping process on your behalf, from packaging to final delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for large orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is verified, and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Business days are Sunday through Thursday (UAE business week). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes after dispatch: UAE (all emirates): 2-5 business days. Saudi Arabia: 5-8 business days. Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman: 5-10 business days. Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon: 7-12 business days. Syria: 10-15 business days (subject to carrier availability). Egypt, Morocco: 8-14 business days. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands: 10-18 business days. These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance processing, remote delivery locations, and unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the product weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. For UAE domestic orders above AED 5,000, we may offer free or subsidized shipping -- contact us for current promotions. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote. International shipping costs include carrier fees and packaging but exclude customs duties and import taxes (see Customs & Import Duties section below). Contact us for a detailed shipping quote before placing your order.

Large & Heavy Items

Solar energy equipment such as inverters, battery banks, and solar panel pallets can be large and heavy. Special handling applies: (1) Solar panels are shipped on pallets via freight carriers and require forklift or multiple-person unloading at the delivery address. (2) Battery systems are classified as heavy goods and may require ground-floor delivery only unless elevator access is available. (3) Large inverter systems (above 10kW) may ship via freight rather than standard courier. (4) We use reinforced packaging and protective materials designed for sensitive electronic equipment. Please ensure your delivery location can accommodate large freight deliveries and that someone is available to receive and inspect the goods upon arrival.

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are determined by the customs authority of the destination country. We provide all necessary export documentation, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin to facilitate customs clearance. Delivery times for international orders may be extended due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or goods held by customs authorities. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for solar energy equipment before placing your order.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend insuring all shipments, especially for high-value solar equipment such as inverters and battery systems. Our shipping partners offer comprehensive insurance options to protect against damage, theft, or loss during transit. For orders above AED 10,000, we strongly recommend full-value transit insurance. Ask us for insurance options and pricing when requesting a shipping quote. In the event of a shipping damage claim, you must document the damage with photos upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status in real time through the carrier's website. For freight shipments, our logistics team will provide regular updates on your shipment's progress. Contact us if you need assistance tracking your delivery, if tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, or if there are any issues with your shipment.
