Return & Refund Policy

Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for defective items. The return window begins on the day you receive your order, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's delivery record. Returns requested after this 30-day period may not be accepted. For international orders, the return window starts from the date the item is delivered to your local address.

Defective Product Procedure

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, or does not function as described in the product specifications, please contact us immediately. Document the defect with photos or video evidence and send it to us via email at support@deyeinverters.net or WhatsApp. Our technical team will review the evidence and advise on the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, or a full return authorization.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, mounting hardware, cables, and components that were included with the product. The product must show no signs of installation, physical damage caused by the customer, water exposure, or electrical modification. Items that have been opened but not installed may be accepted at our discretion if all original components are present and undamaged.

Installed & Used Equipment

Products that have been installed, mounted, wired, or otherwise put into use are not eligible for return. This includes solar inverters that have been connected to a power system, batteries that have been charged or discharged through an inverter, and any equipment showing signs of field deployment. For installed products that develop faults, please refer to the manufacturer warranty terms instead.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective items only. If your product is confirmed defective within the 30-day return window, you may request a replacement of the same product model instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same model is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a comparable alternative at the same price point. Exchanges for different models or upgrades are not available; you would need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect product selection by the customer, or buyer's remorse. Once a purchase is confirmed and shipped, we cannot accommodate requests to swap products or return items simply because you changed your decision. Please review product specifications, datasheets, and compatibility requirements carefully before placing your order, or contact our sales team for guidance.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs when returning a defective item, unless the product was originally picked up from our warehouse. For in-store or warehouse pickups, no return shipping charges apply. For items that arrived damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and cover return shipping costs where applicable.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process

Step 1: Contact us via email at support@deyeinverters.net or WhatsApp to report the issue and provide photos or video of the defect. Step 2: Our team reviews your case and issues an RMA number within 1-2 business days. Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. Step 5: We inspect the item within 2 business days of receiving it. Step 6: Refund or replacement is processed upon confirmation of the defect.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once the defect is confirmed after our inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase (bank transfer, credit card, or other). For bank transfers, please allow additional time for your bank to process the incoming payment. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, which will be applied to your account immediately and can be used on any future purchase. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction.

International Returns

This return policy applies to all customers in the regions we serve: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. For European customers, statutory consumer rights under EU law apply in addition to this policy.
