Before you write to us about a Growatt unit
Give us the model letter for letter, from the nameplate or from the product page. Growatt's codes differ by a letter or two between very different machines: the MIN 5000TL-X is a grid-tied string inverter, the MIN 5000TL-XH is the same rating with a battery port, and the SPF 5000 ES runs from a battery bank.
For a fault, add the code on the display and which battery is connected — ARK, ALP, AXE or APX — with its voltage. A warranty question needs the unit's serial number and the day you bought it. Prices are not something to write in for: each of the 321 listings prints its own.
