Law 82-21 and its 2026 implementing decree finally opened self-production to households and businesses: the smallest low-voltage systems clear on a declaration rather than an authorisation, surplus injected into the grid is capped at 20% of annual production, and ANRE has set both the buy-back price and the network-use charge. Connection runs through ONEE or the local distributor. Because export is capped, sizing here follows the site’s own daytime load and storage covers the rest. We ship from Dubai with the conformity documents and datasheets; the buyer is the importer and clears the goods.
