This market
A distributor can refuse the connection request outright if the inverter is not certified to CEI 0-21, so that certificate is the first specification to check and the power rating is the second. ARERA writes the network rules and the GSE administers the export arrangement, which for new plants is ritiro dedicato now that scambio sul posto is closed to them. We ship from Dubai with the conformity file; the buyer is the importer of record and settles duty and VAT.
